Valcom Networked Input and Relay Module (VIP-848A)

Description

The VIP-848A Networked Input & Relay Module allows passing of contact closures, which are software programmable to be either form A or form B, and initiation of VIP-601 server events over an IP-based LAN/WAN. Multiple VIP-848 Networked Input & Relay Modules can be used on the same network to create very large and distributed systems.

• 8 Contact Closure Inputs
• 8 Relay outputs
• An input may control a single relay, or a group of relays
• Supervision – a relay may be set to “follow” another relay
• Power-up relay state (active, inactive) may be defined
• 3 Input priority levels
• SYSLOG output available
